Cybersecurity Certification

Introduction:

ITPT has forged a partnership with a distinguished cybersecurity membership organisation and certification provider, ISC2, to assist students in acquiring access to esteemed certifications recognised by global employers, such as the Certification in Cybersecurity (CC). Commencing with our Certified in Cyber Security (CC) certification, this programme equips newcomers or students from diverse backgrounds, including those without technical expertise, with foundational knowledge and readiness for entry-level positions within the contemporary cybersecurity workforce.

The term cybersecurity encompasses the collective methods, technologies, and processes aimed at safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, networks, devices, and data against cyber-attacks or unauthorised access. It may also be referred to as IT security. Cybercriminals and malicious hackers frequently dominate news headlines. They have the capability to tarnish a company’s reputation and obliterate its business prospects in an instant, with the threat escalating rapidly. Consequently, cybersecurity is emerging as one of the world’s fastest-growing business sectors. Computing technology stands as one of the most expansive areas of growth in the current job market, particularly within the cyber realm. It offers employment opportunities to individuals who prefer working either globally or locally, often from the comfort of their own homes.
